Infra Structure
- For the water supply 78 deep wells were drilled to pump
water from the underground reservoir.
- For irrigation 43 center pivots sprinkling systems were
used for the arable open fields while drip irrigation was
used for trees and vegetable fields.
- For energy, private power stations were built to generate
power required to run the project with a capacity of 10
Megawatts that will lately be used as a backup for the current
entrance of the Government's electricity.
- For power distribution 55 Km of medium tension transmission
lines run all over the farm to supply the required electricity.in
addition to the government electricity currently working on
project.
- For transportation 75 Km of roads, 24 Km asphalt
paved and 51 Km dirt roads were built.
- For communication a telephone network system was setup.
- For maintenance purposes a very well equipped central
workshop was setup to maintain the big range of farm equipment.
- Packing Facilities: A Packing plant of a daily capacity
of 40 tons per day.
A 2.5 Km facade on the Cairo-Alexandria road with a depth of
half a kilometer (total area of 300 acres) ideal for futuristic
investments in the fields of Tourism, Trade and Economic businesses.
